Rules for using TaskNetwork, completing verified tasks, and participating in reward campaigns.
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These terms govern access to TaskNetwork. By creating an account, connecting a social account, submitting proof, creating campaigns, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
TaskNetwork may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Who may use TaskNetwork
You must be allowed to use TaskNetwork under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Campaign participation
Users may participate in campaigns by following the campaign requirements and submitting honest proof. TaskNetwork may reject, reverse, or hold rewards for incomplete, duplicate, misleading, automated, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not submit proof for actions you did not complete.
- Do not use bots, scripts, farms, stolen accounts, purchased engagement, or coordinated abuse.
- Do not submit screenshots, links, comments, or other evidence that has been altered to misrepresent completion.
- Do not violate the rules of any third-party platform used in a campaign.
Campaign customers
Campaign customers are responsible for creating lawful campaign requirements, funding rewards, and ensuring their campaigns comply with applicable platform rules, advertising rules, and laws.
TaskNetwork may reject or pause campaigns that appear unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or likely to harm users or third-party platforms.
Rewards and payouts
Rewards are subject to campaign availability, successful verification, fraud checks, platform availability, wallet network conditions, and any payout limits or review holds shown in the product.
Crypto transactions may be irreversible. Users are responsible for providing a valid wallet address that they control. TaskNetwork is not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect wallet address, wallet compromise, chain congestion, or third-party wallet software.
Connected accounts and third-party platforms
TaskNetwork may let users connect accounts from third-party platforms such as Telegram, Discord, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. These providers are not controlled by TaskNetwork and may change their APIs, policies, availability, or review requirements.
You are responsible for complying with each provider platform policy when using TaskNetwork.
Prohibited use
You may not use TaskNetwork to break laws, violate platform rules, attack the service, bypass security controls, manipulate rewards, harass others, submit illegal content, or interfere with other users or campaign customers.
Service availability
TaskNetwork may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to operate reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous campaign availability, or payout availability at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TaskNetwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost rewards, lost data, loss of wallet access, or third-party platform changes.
Termination
TaskNetwork may suspend or terminate accounts, campaigns, claims, or payouts when necessary to protect users, customers, third-party platforms, or the service.
